We offer three follow-up options beyond simply getting one's Effectiveness Profile on this site. The first two represent different levels of additional detail and involvement with the Effectiveness Profile itself. First, a written synopsis via email, and second, our full Analysis & Strategy Consultation, either by telephone or in person. The third follow-up option is an actual consulting/coaching/training program, customized to the results of the Analysis & Strategy Consultation.

Detailed descriptions of each service are given elsewhere on this site, in the Service Overview and Orientation and Interpretation Manual. This section provides fee information for the follow-up services, which unfortunately are not free. Fee schedules are given below with the details of each service. Additional financial information follows that.

Note that we use a sliding-scale fee structure for the services for which we require a fee. The reason for this is that as one progresses from being a student into employment, and then up through management and beyond, the context of one's performance changes, and one's sphere of influence expands dramatically. Therefore, there is greater value to be had from the Effectiveness Profile, etc., if you are doing it as a manager rather than as an individual (employee), for example, or as an executive rather than as a professional. The software uses a different questionnaire for each mode, using specific language to focus the user's attention most accurately into the nature of what is being examined at each level, and that changes the nature of the results analysis. Further, each greater sphere of influence includes all the modes below it, so more consultation time is required to deliver the greater sphere-of-influence follow-up services.

Conditions

When we have received an acknowledgment of your donation from our payment service, we will create a file for you and assign it to a Consultant. Either your written synopsis will be sent back to you by email within two working days, or you will be contacted within 48 hours for scheduling your Analysys & Strategy Consultation. Note that occasional heavy workloads may occasionally cause temporary delays.

The Basic Effectiveness Profile

The annual subscription fee that was once required for access to the Effectiveness Profile software program has been cancelled. The Effectiveness Profile secure online expert-system self-improvement and professional-development diagnostic software is now being made available through this website for unrestricted public use. Anyone interested in Self-improvement and/or professional development may use the software as often as appropriate to monitor progress and reset focus as improvement/development plans progress. (User information has always been and will always be kept strictly confidential, never to be shared or sold.)

Analysis & Strategy Consultation --On-site, San Francisco Bay Area

For on-site local service in the SF Bay Area, add $150.00 per trip for the area up to 25 miles from Mountain View, $250.00 for the remainder of the Bay Area.

Analysis & Strategy Consultation --On-site, Out-of-area

For on-site out-of-area consultations the minimum rate is the fee cited in the schedule above plus T&E (travel and expenses), plus any balance necessary to make up a minimum daily fee of $2500.00 per involved day.

Obviously, if you desire on-site out-of-area services, it makes sense to have more than one person involved. Our A&S consultants can perform up to three sessions in a day (two per day on a prolonged basis), depending on the mode.

Payment Options

For services of up to $500.00 we can take VISA, MasterCard and Electronic Checks on US-based checking accounts, and PayPal.

For services over $500.00, PayPal must be used.

All funds must be in US Dollars, and must be received before services will be rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Since we are a not-for-profit Trust, we don't actually charge for our services, we receive suggested donations.
