As noted elsewhere on this site, there is a lot more benefit to be had from the Effectiveness Profile than can be gotten by merely having your Graph. Of course you may use the free Effectiveness Profile Orientation & Interpretation Manual as a guide for self-analysis. This in itself gives much value to the graph.

The Written Synopsis  Get it now!

If you are short on time, or not inclined to spend the time going through the manual, or if you just want to use the manual as a reference to expand your understanding of what your Profile is saying, you may obtain a Written Synopsis. This is prepared by one of our consultants from your questionnaire responses. It goes beyond the results you would get by interpreting your Profile on your own, even if you used the manual perfectly. It will discuss the relevant elements in your Profile, and then identify and summarize your top-priority self-improvement or professional-development need. It may also include additional insights that occur to our consultant based on past experiences with clients and their profiles.

Our Analysis & Strategy Consultation (A&S), based on the Profile and done live One-on-One, greatly expands the understanding of how the various configurations in one's Profile work to give one trouble or even to make one fail. Yet this consultation goes beyond even that detailed insight, to developing a personalized plan for remedying the underlying causes as indicated in the Profile and identified in the consultation. This plan may or may not include our particular services customized to your specific needs, at your option. At the least it will address how you may use resources you already have in better ways. The A&S takes from one to three hours to complete, depending on the nature of one's difficulties and the depth of detail addressed. More if you are a top executive or company principal.

How to Proceed

First, save your profile! Use the File/Save As... option in the menu at the top of your internet browser. We suggest you name it using your name and the date, without dashes or slashes. Something like:
    New_User_01032003.htm
Use the .htm ending so your browser can find and read it later.

Your first step to getting either a Written Synopsis or your Analysis & Strategy Consultation is to send us your Profile information by clicking the "Send Data for In-Depth Analysis" button at the bottom of your Profile, immediately after you have completed the questionnaire and before closing the page to which it is printed. The personal information and proposition responses you entered when you filled in the questionnaire have been saved inside your Profile as hidden fields in a Mail-to: form that is addressed to us, all tucked behind that "Send Data for In-Depth Analysis" button.

Note that once you close your profile those responses are not lost. However, prior to April 24 2003, once the profile had been saved and then reloaded into a browser, the send button would not work because it did not contain the full address of the required mail program. The result was that you would have to email us your saved profile so we could extract your responses from it.

As of April 24 2003 that oversight has been changed. Now the full address to the emailer is saved behind the Send button, and it will work in any browser, anytime you are online. So if you don't act now but you decide later that you'd like to request follow-up service after all, just bring up your profile in your browser, scroll down and click on the "Send Data for In-Depth Analysis" button. Still, your raw inputs are not printed out with your Profile, so faxing it to us will limit our service to you; we will need your original unprocessed responses to generate our more advanced reports.

Your second step is to make payment arrangements. Follow the link, Payment Options and Forms, either from here or the same link on our Home Page.. Scroll down and choose between Written Synopsis or Analysis & Strategy Consultation, select your subscription level, and click the submit button to tender payment in the appropriate amount.
