This site offers both first-stage access to, and a follow-up portal to, several levels of beneficial service to help people to get the most out of their self-improvement and professional-development efforts.

The first level is simply doing the Effectiveness Profile expert-system software program. The software presents a 100-proposition questionnaire that guides you through a fairly in-depth look at your responses and behaviors in 20 attributes across 6 major categories. Just examining each of the angles represented by each proposition can cause major realizations. And where it doesn't, it usually stirs up enough awareness that when the Profile itself is examined, the user is very likely to obtain insights not previously available.

Next, for those who choose to go for a little more than self-analysis using the manual, there is the written synopsis offered as the first follow-up or add-on service. Here one of our trained consultants brings experience and facility to bear on interpreting the profile. This can go well beyond just reiterating the analysis notes from the manual. And beyond that, the consultant will discuss the indicated problem and remedial focus in detail, and often is able to suggest specific materials and/or exercises (homework) to use.

The Analysis & Strategy Consultation goes even further. The consultant will inquire into the thought and decision processes involved in answering the questionnaire, and from there will develop a directed inquiry into the nature of the client's responses as indicated by the profile. That leads to a discussion of how those things are working against the client's progress and success. From there the discussion turns to planning a course of corrective action. That program may or may not include additional consulting services from us, and it will always be developed with an eye toward finally getting full value out of resources already at the client's disposal. This often means that taped lectures and old seminar materials, etc., finally get put into use and practice. Of course, it can also mean that materials purchased in the past for solutions that the profile indicates either aren't needed after all (because the problem is really something else), or that they won't serve the now-obvious need. Either way, there's the bonus benefit for the client of putting away the guilt of not having used those resources.
